Der DURAN®-Verbindungsverschluss GL 45 wurde speziell für den einfachen Anschluss flexibler Schläuche an DURAN® GL 45-Flaschen entwickelt. Zu den möglichen Biotech-Einsatzbereichen zählt die Verfüllung steriler Medien mit einer peristaltischen Pumpe aus einem Behäler in einen anderen. Die beiden Durchführverbinder aus Polypropylen sind oben abgewinkelt und auf der Unterseite gerade. Der Verschluss ist ideal für weiche elastische Schläuche (wie z. B. Viton®, Tygon® oder Silikon) mit einem Innendurchmesser von 6-9mm. Erhältlich ist zudem eine optionale Belüftung mit und ohne Spritzenvorsatzfilter.
